Published internationally and translated into multiple languages, it has supported thousands of students in building a practice rooted in both physical strength and inner awareness.
This work continues to evolve through my current teachings and my forthcoming book, Your Vibrant Life — expanding yoga beyond the mat into a complete way of living.
